Brief Answer:
Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have viewed the images and gone through your query.
It seems like a scar from an old healed sore or an ulcer. I suggest you to take a screening test for STDs, especially syphilis (VDRL /RPR). Is there any history of a genital sore or an ulcer? or any other STDs?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding your genital lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Sorry for the delay in my response.
Ok, How was the Molluscum treated? Was it frozen? and when was it treated?
Is it at the same site of treatment? If it is, then this could be a scar from the procedure.
Take care
