You are having high monocyte,lymphocyte and low neutrophil count

This condition is caused by inflammatory bowel disease, parasitic or viral infection

I would advise you to take omega 3 fatty acids found in fatty fish such as salmon and mackerel and in fish oil supplements that have anti inflammatory properties and will help in your case
