Have gone through your query and I appreciate your concerns,
Cardiac pain if radiates to abdomen then it moves to only upper abdomen. Nerve innervation of middle and lower abdomen is completely different hence site of pain radiation is upper abdomen if pain is cardiac.
Most probable your pain is acid peptic related. Easiest way is take 2 tablets of Prizolec(over the counter) when the pain starts next time. Pain due to acid peptic disorder responds quickly to antacids.

Thirdly for complete assurance go for following tests-
Tread mill test and 2 d echo- to rule out cardiac origin.
Endoscopy to confirm gastric cause.
