You are not overweight.

I believe this could be a temporary rise in cholesterol which can be seen when tests are done after a fatty meal.

I would recommend you to get a complete cholesterol assay done aftr a period of three months.

There is no need for any sort of intervention.

Low fat diet is all that is effective now.
