Question : dear doctor for the last few days iam having episode of problem breathing frequent bowel movement Indigestion and sometimes feels like food stuck in throat and discomfort at upper center my liver reports were ok

dear sir for the last few days iam having following symtoyms
1.Feels like sometime food stuck in throat
2.sometime food burp which i have eaten
3.frequent bowel movements
4.pain in the middle chest
5.sometimes shortness of breath
6.white greenish or yellow sputum sometimes
i have done my liver test which was notmal taking no medicine only used nexium 20mg for two days with no advantage

dear Sir with diet change and nexium 20mg do still i have to go see specialist if symtoyms improve
