Question : dear doctor, two days back I traveled through boat from an island to mainland . Due to very rough sea, I had sea sickness and vomit a lot . I have actually vomited to a level, where only the mucus and some saliva is there. my body also has quite a terrible time because of the jumps and shakes. that is for almost 6 hours journey. in the evening upon reaching mainland, I feel kind of ok. but I had sexual intercourse with my wife. I had slight pain in the lungs area that day, but not now and today I feel kind of dizzy, no fever or temperature though. please suggest

I can understand your concern.
This is mostly due to weakness from the vomiting.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
No need to worry for pneumonia or any other infection as you are not having fever.
Eat more healthy stuff like fruits, juice etc.
If possible get your blood pressure check.
