Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate and T wave inversions in precordial and lateral leads suggestive of cardiac ischemia.

It’s important to get further evaluation by getting a stress echocardiogram done. Prognosis can only be assessed after that.
