Know the cause...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I read you seem be suffering with chronic rhinorrhea (runny nose) for 6-7 years. And it seems to be happening every day without aggravating and relieving factors. If there are any factors that triggers / worsens the symptoms let me know if the follow up.
Chronic rhinorrhea occurs due to various causes including allergies; vasomotor; a few nasal conditions like deviated nasal septum, sinusitis, polyps; environmental irritants and so on. If you haven't seen a doctor, I will recommend you consult a doctor to evaluate and isolate the specific cause responsible for the problem.
Until you can see a doctor / ENT specialist, you can try steam inhalation and try a steroid nasal spray like Flonase nasal spray along with over the counter antihistamines like tab montec LC once daily.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

pls tell would I have to go through surgery or medications only
Infection...
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply. I was away from internet this weekend.
Thick, dense, greenish mucus may be a sign of bacterial infection. And bacterial superinfection is not an uncommon occurrence with any of the aforementioned causes. Therefore the best means to treat the problem is by understanding / identifying the primary cause.
Since you mentioned you seem notice a deviation, it could be deviated nasal septum / hypertrophied turbinates or any other nasal condition that may be inducing the problem. I will recommend you consult an ENT doctor as and when possible.
Not all nasal conditions needs surgical treatment. The ENT specialist after the initial evaluation will be able to suggest the best line of treatment.
Until then you can try treatment options suggested above.
Hope this helps. let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
PS: Steroids should be stopped whenever there is thick greenish mucus.
Cetrizine is a good enough...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cetrizine belongs to antihistamine group and is good enough for this kind of condition. It is a safe and can be used here.
It may cause a bit of drowiness and dryness (of mouth and mucous membrane); but nothing concerning. You may use it instead of Montec LC that I suggested.
The drugs are for symptom relief. You should get this evaluated by an ENT doctor nearby.
Hope I was of help.

Information from endoscopy picture is limited...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Endoscopy picture do not provide a full picture of nasal issues. Your ENT doctor makes an endoscopy report after looking and evaluating the nasal cavity all around (during endoscopy test). So if you have full endoscopy report, you can upload the report using upload report option.
Just pictures will not be of much help.
