I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hole in ear drum happens after infection or congestion in middle ear. Hole helps in drainage of fluid from middle ear. After the fluid has drained, hole will close by itself. If it doesnot close by itself, then ENT surgeon will close it by surgery.

dear mam I think it's realted with my runny nose I alwasy have mucus in my nose whenever I clean it. it comes again after few hours
also when I try deep breath my nose is partially closed and I feel air in my ear

This seems to be chronic rhinitis. Hole ear drum can be confirmed by examination by ENT surgeon.
Meanwhile you can avoid any allergens like dust, air pollution etc. Avoid getting into swimming pools. Dry your ears nicely after head wash but vigorous cleaning with ear bud or any other object should be avoided.
Use nasal lubrication, maybe apply some vaseline in nose to help breath.
Can also take tab cetirizine 5 mg when runny nose is bad. It can be taken upto 2 times a day. Medicines like antibiotics usually cause temporary cure.
Managing this condition will help cure ear hole.
