Brief Answer:
Get done CT thorax and bronchoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the x ray report you have attached.
Possibility of
1. Infection
2. TB
3. Malignancy.
So she needs CT thorax and bronchoscopy for confirmation of diagnosis.
Treatment and Prognosis depends on diagnosis.
If TB and infection are there then prognosis is good.
But if malignant pathology is there then prognosis is guarded.
Please let me know her symptoms so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health her. Thanks.
