Hello

After reviewing the ecg report I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with some non significant STT changes. So taking into consideration the age of the patient it’s advisable to get the following tests done

1. Echocardiogram
2. TMT

Diagnosis is not possible solely on the basis of this ecg. Tests are required.
