Hello

After going through the ECG report attached by you I would to tell you that it's a sinus rhythm ECG with normal heart rate and rhythm and no other significant ST-T changes.

A Echocardiogram and TMT is advisable as a part of further evaluation. If thats normal the prognosis will be normal.
