Hii. These may be due to causes in the balance system in the ear,or some pathology in the brain, or due to high blood pressure,sugar or any cardiac problem. Please consult an ENT surgeon and check your ear. Do a hearing test,Dix hallpike test to check whether there is any problem in the balance system. Do cerebellar tests to rule out any brain causes. Consult a Medicine doctor to check your blood pressure, sugar. Do a Ecg. If needed you may need to do a CT scan brain.
