Yes if this is a fresh wound...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The one on the tragus will need stitches. But if the wound is days old, the doctor will choose to leave it alone and let it heal by secondary intention. But you need oral antibiotic during healing process with or without stitches. Therefore I will recommend you go to the hospital.
