Mild congestion over the pharyngeal wall

Thanks for posting the image

I have examined the image thoroughly and I am of the following opinion.
1. The soft and hard palate are normal
2. The tongue is normal
3. The tonsils on both the sides are enlarged without any signs of infection.
4. There is mild congestion of the pharyngeal wall without any signs of active infection.

I don’t see any major issues in the image except for the mild congestion in the pharyngeal wall. You need to drink frequent sips of warm water and avoid chilled food and beverages for sometime.
