I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Strep throat requires diagnosis with a rapid strep test at physicians office.
If proven, strep throat will require antibiotics like amoxicillin for 1 week.
Antibiotics require a written prescription from a physician. Prescriptions are not available online.
Steam inhalation, drinking warm fluids, inhaling warm air, staying indoors, taking rest and tab cetrizine once or twice a day will also be very helpful in managing this condition.
