I around 6 weeks now. This is my first pregnancy. I have noticed a few drops of bleeding last night. I have consulted a doctor and she suggested to take susten 200 and do ultrasound and got the following report
Uterus is retroverted
Evidence of intrauterine gestation is noted
Single deformed gestational sac is seen measuring 14*13 MMS
Complex echoes are seen with in the sac due to subamniotic bleed.
No obvious evidence of yolk sac or embryo at present.
Both ovaries are normal
Now doctor suggested better to terminate this time.
Please suggest

Deformed sac could be due to chromosomal abnormalities and bleeding could be due to the subchorionic bleeding caused by hormonal imbalance.
