First, it would be helpful if you post the exact values of SGOT, SGPT, bilirubin, and ALP. Do you have any symptoms such as fatigue, abdominal pain or rapid weight loss?
The exact liver issues can be easier identified if I know these values.
Second, elevated liver enzymes are common and in most cases, it suggests fatty liver which means that you should correct your diet, avoid medications that damage liver, avoid smoking and regulate body mass.
Third, in addition to liver enzymes, it would be good to do a liver ultrasound, check hepatitis markers and check autoimmune markers. This would rule out the most common causes and then further diagnostic tests can be planned.
If viral markers are fine and there is no sign of cirrhosis on liver ultrasound, then you should not be worried.
