Question: doctor,I have body love issue...today morning I feel very uncomfortable, like itchiness in my whole body.then I found out that I had a very small white lice on my body. what is the best solution to get rid of it and what all medication should I take. Also, should I avoid any specific kind of food

For body lice you may apply permethrin 1% cream or lotion from neck downwards. Leave it on for 30-45 minutes and then take a bath. You may need to repeat ithe application after a week for a complete cure. More commonly, daily thorough cleaning of the body and regular laundry of clothes is sufficient to cure lice.
