I would say that they work only to an extent, if at all. Moreover, none of these are approved remedies for hair loss. Only minoxidil solution and oral finasteride are approved for hair loss in males.

hi.

yes, it does help if used along with minoxidil topical solution and finasteride tablet. Also it helps control dandruff which also contributes to hair fall.
