                                    Brief Answer:
Fatty liver
Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
Yes......you should be concerned about this.
It shows liver steatosis I.e an accumulation of fat in the liver.
This fat accumulation causes liver inflammation.
Later on,there are chances of fibrosis, hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer.
Most common cause of fatty liver is alcohol consumption, malnutrition, diabetes and obesity

Usually, people suffering from those do not show any symptoms and this condition is quite reversible.
This should be managed by
weight reduction and mantaining an ideal body weight,
alcohol abstinence,
control of blood sugar (if applies),
taking fat restricted diet,
mantaining ideal lipid profile (taking lipid lowering drugs like Atorvastatin if there is hypercholesterolaemia),
taking liver rejuvenators like silymarin,
taking a rich fibre diet(plenty of raw vegetables and fruits),
keeping yourself well hydrated and
being physically active.
Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
