I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, There can be several causes for dark urine and severe heart burn may be due to acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis.

Please let me know do you have abdominal pain, decreased appetite, nausea/vomitting, yellowish discoloration of skin/eyes?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with Gastro-enterologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure relevant blood investigations complete hemogram, liver function test, ultrasound/Computed tomography abdomen and upper GI endoscopy SOS as per evaluation to rule out any possibilities of hepatitis as per evaluation.

Meanwhile, Continue tablet omeprazole. You can take syp. mucaine gel after consultation. Avoid hot/spicy/heavy meal. Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have it. Keep yourself hydrated.
