Question : feeling high pain ,near, right middle abdomen continue for 2to3 hours , from Friday evening she is in medicines

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for her health but before providing any opinion I would like to have some more information as we need to rule out cardiac as well as gastric issues

1. Age group of the patient
2. Any cardiac disease history or any other medical issues
3. Any ecg or ultrasound done so far, if yes kindly upload the reports
4. How the pain started and is there any other associated symptoms like vomiting or sweating

Detailed Answer:
As she is young, so I would like to suggest you to get an ecg and an whole abdominal ultrasound done.

Ecg will help rule out any cardiac abnormality and Usg while clarify gastric issues.

Till then she can take some proton pump inhibitors (antacids).
