Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern..

Please let me know whether you had any outside food or spicy junk food? Do you have constipation of acidity ?
History of renal stones? Burning during urination?

For pain you can take Tab Cyclopam 500 mg ,
For vomiting you can take Tab ondem 4 mg..After physician consultation.

If you do not get relief then you may need antibiotics such as Norflox TZ after medical examination by physician.

Still if you don't get well you may need ultrasound of abdomen to rule out the reason.

Till then keep yourself well hydrated.
Eat soft diet.
Avoid spicy food.
