Question : fell, hit elbow on the pavement, slite cut, very little bleeding. have piece of skin pertruding cut (looks like a piece of string) clear fluid leaking.

Thank you for the photo. Have you had an x-ray of your elbow? Any pain when moving it? If the string of skin bothers you, you can just have it cut.
