Can you send me details if you are having any breathing difficulty, change voice, any weakness of limbs, any cough on swallowing? Have you undergo any nasal surgery? How old are you? Do you have any illness? People having nasal regurgitation of fluid can be having cranial nerve weakness due to which there is nasal regurgitation of fluid. It can be due to any brain pathological conditions like hemorrhage, infarct or any other vascular or neurological deficit. People having adenoid or nasopharyngeal surgery can also undergo similar problems. So you should consult an ent surgeon and a neurologist. Do a flexible endoscopy of the larynx to see the nasopharyngeal regurgitation and closure of the soft palate. Do a MRI brain to see if there is any abnormality and consult with a neurologist.
