Following Your Recommendation, I Used Nepiwhite To Reduce The Dark

Question: Following your recommendation, I used Nepiwhite to reduce the dark spots on my face. A few days later, I developed an allergic reaction resulting in itching and skin peeling around the neck area. You advised me to use desonide lotion, and now the itching and skin peeling have stopped, but the skin color in that area remains dark. Can you please advise how to get rid of this.

I have attached the previous and current images , please check and advise.
Moreover I have pigmentation around the neck area ( both front and back of the neck), please advise how to get rid of that.
Please note that I have been diabetic for past one year and it's under control due to medication, diet and exercise.

Brief Answer:
Tyrodin cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
The inflammation is reduced now it is only pigmentation.
Apply Tyrodin cream in night and suncros spf 50 sunscreen in morning.
This combination will work well and will not cause allergy.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
