Brief Answer:
A thorough health check-up is needed at first...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in detail...

First and foremost, it is recommended that you should get yourself thoroughly checked up by an ENT specialist...along with it, there will be a need to undergo a few examinations i.e. Chest X-ray, X-ray of the PNS, Complete allergic panel assessment, CBC, ESR, etc...

Based on the findings, the exact diagnosis will be determined...management can be done afterward...

You can try simple steam inhalation twice daily with putting a few drops of eucalyptus oil for some symptomatic relief in the interim...avoid going to any crowded places...strictly maintain social distancing, frequent handwashing, face mask while going out and all other universal precautions applicable nowadays...

Take Care
Kind Regards
