If you still have trouble with these problems, you should consult a general physician as your symptoms are spread across different organ systems.

As far as health check-up is concerned, there is no option to order for health check up on this platform. But if you can specify your age, gender, height, current weight as well as your past medical conditions (if any) I might be able to guide you to the tests that should be done.

Hi,

I assume you do not have any known medical condition and you are not smoker or drink alcohol.

Based on these medical information, you can consider the package that contains complete hemogram, serum electrolytes, serum creatinine, Thyroid function (TSH), Blood sugar, Vitamin D, vitamin b12 and ECG. You can choose the minimal package which contains most of these if not all of these test. I assume the basic health package should cover all these test.
