Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Thanks for consulting Ask a doctor service.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.
I have read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached .As far as i have observed you have swollen gums due to deposition of plaque and calculus in gums and that depostion causes bleeding and as you feel slight mobiltiy also all this is becuase of periodontal (gums) problem. Your tooth supporting fibres are weak and infection present in these fibres causing these symptoms.
For this i will suggest you to consult oral surgeon and go for oral propylaxis treatment to remove plaque and caalculus. I meantime i will also suggest you few measures
- Do warm saline rinses two to three times a day.
-Maintain good oral hygiene brush your teeth twice daily and use chlorhexidine containing mouthwash regularly .
Hope this will help you .
If you have further query i will br happy to help.

Will do as suggested as soon as it becomes normal.
In the mean time i will do not hat you suggested. Pls confirm if i have understood correct :
1) brush twice
2) rinse with chlorhexidine (is it the mouthwaah name ?!) mouthwash
