Brief Answer:
Gum infection. Consult oral surgeon for oral prophylaxis

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Thanks for consulting Ask a doctor service.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached .As far as i have observed you have swollen gums due to deposition of plaque and calculus in gums and that depostion causes bleeding and as you feel slight mobiltiy also all this is becuase of periodontal (gums) problem. Your tooth supporting fibres are weak and infection present in these fibres causing these symptoms.

For this i will suggest you to consult oral surgeon and go for oral propylaxis treatment to remove plaque and caalculus. I meantime i will also suggest you few measures
- Do warm saline rinses two to three times a day.
-Maintain good oral hygiene brush your teeth twice daily and use chlorhexidine containing mouthwash regularly .

Hope this will help you .
If you have further query i will br happy to help.

Thank you madam for your quick reply. With the current pandemic , no dental physician is availbale now here.
Will do as suggested as soon as it becomes normal.
In the mean time i will do not hat you suggested. Pls confirm if i have understood correct :
1) brush twice
2) rinse with chlorhexidine (is it the mouthwaah name ?!) mouthwash
3) rinse with saline warm water thrice daily

I would like to reconfirm that the marked white patch seen in figure 1, is a soft white tissue and after brushing bleeding comes from that porrion.

Brief Answer:
Due to plaque and calculus deposition. Follow these measures

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome

I have read your query and seen that white patch on gum that is due to deposition of plaque and hard calculus deposits leads to infection in gums causing abcess (pus) formation.

Follow these suggested measures :
1- Brush twice daily .
2- Rinse with mouthwash chlorhex or colgate Periogard (containing chlorhexidine).
3- Rinse with warm saline water rinses 2 to 3 times a day .
4- Apply ointment Gum paint like stoline gum paint on gums twice daily for relief.
5- After Pandemic consult oral surgeon for oral prophylaxis treatment.

Hope this will help you.
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
