Question : for the last 4 days I have been having major headaches the pain is behind my eyes. it hurts with lights and even looking left or right. recently I have noticed that my throat has been sore and I've been having neck pain

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

As per your symptomatology,it might be due to a sinus infection or a vascular headache overriding an acute throat infection.

You can take over the counter analgesics like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and Ibuprofen (Advil) for pain relief.
Such patients are prescribed an antibiotic course,usually Amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day.
You can do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation for sore throat.
Avoid alcohol,tobacco and caffeine.
Avoid eye strain and take rest in a dark room.

If the symptoms do not improve,please visit your clinician for complete evaluation and clinical examination.
