I need details of your symptoms like severity, exact location, how does headache feel like, any other symptoms, any medicine taken, any medical condition in the past etc.

Meanwhile take a tablet of any pain killer at home like ibuprofen or diclofenac etc. Ibuprofen dose is 200 mg twice a day.

Drink lots of warm water. Sip hot tea.
