Brief Answer:
About low testosterone;

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
From the reports attached, high FSH suggests that there is a testicular origin.
To try to find the cause an ultrasound of the testiculed and genetic exams ( Karyotip) should be done.
Kleinefelter is the mis common cause and it is very important to be diagnosed as early as possible.
Meanwhile testosterone treatment is neccessary.
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
about ultrasound report;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The ultrasound can be understood if it is interpreted by the radiologist.
Therr are only 2 pictures that are not enough to jump into conclusion.
During the examination there are many parametrs that are seen.
Please ask the physician who performed it for a written interpretation.
Looking forward to help you further.

That is a good news!
I would suggest to see the hormonal exams that you have repeated and if the same resilts are confirmed a karyotype is recommended.
It detecs genetical pathologies that lead to low testosterone.
