Try following thing and see how you feel,
1. eat on time
2 exercise regularly
3 drink plenty of water
4 go for regular walk
5 sleep adequately for 8 hrs
6 avoid stress
7 avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
8 avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
9 take small frequent meals
10 do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques
11 some times excess fibre intake may increase gas bloat too.
You will need further evaluation by a gastroenterologist if you have following issues in addition to gas bloat - increasing symptoms, vomiting, pain abdomen, weight loss, loss of appetite, difficulty in swallowing etc. He may ask you with tests like stool examination, some blood investigations, sonography and endoscopy if deemed necessary.
