Question : getting breathing problems and headeche regularly, I was infected with covid in July, I have done all heart related tests but all are normal.

In my opinion, you should definitely get done fresh CT thorax and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for your symptoms.
Corona infection in lungs can cause Fibrosis and bronchitis.
Both of them can cause breathing difficulty.
So to rule out these, we need to get done CT thorax and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
