Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, it seems to be due to acid reflux or sore throat. As acid reflux may cause a sore throat.
For that you can take tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day and syp. Mucaine gel 2 teaspoons three times a day after physician consultation.
Please let me know do you have the fever, painful swallowing, cough with yellow or green phlegm?
In that case, you may require tab. acetaminophen (Tylenol) and antibiotic tab. Azithromycin 500mg once a day after a physician's review.
Along with that do saline water or betadine gargles. Avoid hot and spicy diet. Take light food. Do regular exercises like brisk walking.
Let me know I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.
