Is it serious or can it be cured by medicine.

I have checked the attached report. Although the report shows grade 3 prostatomegaly, there are medicines that arrest further enlargement of the prostate. This is not deeply concerning.

Is surgery required or it will cured by medicine.

Is it serious condition and needed surgery immediately or how long I can wait for surgery.Is it neccesary to consult an uriologist immediately.Please suggest me as I am feeling too much nervous and tention.

However, in case your problem aggravates (eventual), you would need surgery. As of now, you don't need to visit a urologist urgently but eventually, you would.
