Question : grade 2 injuries at the posterior horm of the medial meniscus seen, lateral is normal. is this cure without operation?

It depends on lot of factors like age of patient, symptoms experienced, presence of arthritis in the knee etc.
Usually these injuries can be treated with key hole surgery if they cause symptoms like locking or pain.
Sometimes they are treated conservatively as well.
