                                    Brief Answer:
Overall there is nothing alarming.
Detailed Answer:
Hello after going through your medical query I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH) and repolarization abnormalities are often associated with factors like high blood pressure. LVH itself isn’t a life-threatening condition but a Physiological response of heart against blood pressure conditions.
In all there is nothing alarming. however you should keep monitoring your blood pressure and keep yourself active throughout by following healthy lifestyle habits.
Thanks and Regards

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Yes, it looks like strain pattern which means the heart muscles are contracting against raised blood pressure. Also there will be thickening of muscles.
Since how long you are hypertensive?
Which antihypertensive meds you are taking?
Do you monitor your blood pressure on regular intervals?
Yes, echocardiogram will give us more useful information.

I have never had high blood pressure and am on no medication. Can the echo show bad results? im not sure what this finding means? Should I be concerned can the thickening be life threading or require surgery? Usually 130 , 140 /80 imy blood presure and is normal. Just high at times when stressed or scared .

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the delay. No, thickening of heart muscles is just a physiological response and we are just predicting it from your ecg tracing which is an indirect indicator.
Echo however will give a clear cut idea about the current condition of your heart and whether the muscles are thick or not. I suggest you to kindly get the echocardiogram done and get back with the report. Then I’ll be able to explain in a better and more clear way.
Thanks

From the ekg result, can the echo show heavy thickening?
I'm.worried the echo will show i need surgeey or extreme thickening will be detected. Is this a possibility, 3 mths ago I had an ekg amd nothing was detected.

Detailed Answer:
EKG doesn’t quantify the amount of thickness. There is no reason to panic Sir. I request you to stay calm and get back with your echo report.
Thanks and regards
