Brief Answer:
Antihistaminic, minoxidil lotion would be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I have gone through your complaints and these problems can develop in some individuals after shingles.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 10mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
For hair loss, you can apply minoxidil 2 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily and for bumps, you might require intralesional steroid injections for which you need to consult a doctor.
Hope to have answered your query...
I would be happy to answer any further queries.
