Brief Answer:
Hello, welcome to ask a doctor services.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, welcome to ask a doctor services. I have read your question.

You are suffering from hair fall. Sudden hair loss can signal an underlying medical condition that requires treatment.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP or Dermatologist to detect circular or patchy bald spots, sudden loosening of hair, full-body hair loss, patches of scaling that spread over the scalp, vitamin deficiency, dandruff, infection in the scalp, etc.

Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made. In the meantime, include vitamin D rich food in your diet like code liver, egg yolk, fatty kind of fish, etc.

Taking vitamin B rich food is helpful like seeds, nuts, beans, lentils, dairy products, meat, poultry, fish, etc.

You can take supplements containing zinc, selenium, vitamin C, E, A, calcium, iron, manganese, potassium, etc.

Keep your scalp clean. Use selsun shampoo regularly. Keep your hair oiled with almond oil.

If ring worm in the scalp is detected, you will be treated with antifungal ointment and oral fluconazole.

Products with minoxidil are helpful to regrow their hair or slow the rate of hair loss or both.

Finasteride (Propecia) is effective. Many men taking finasteride experience a slowing of hair loss, and some may show new hair growth.

Hair loss can also be treated with laser therapy or hair transplant.

Stay away from addictions if any. Hope I have answered your question. Take care.
