Question: hai....this is XXXX.... im tested trice once elisa and remaining two times is tridot rapid test.. all are negitive..but im suffering from caugh from last 10months..in this reason im worried and thinking too much about hiv..is this reliable tests..im doing sex without condom in 3 years back.

sorry..now my age is 25yrs and male and not yet met any doctor....using for caugh tables only

im doing unprotected sex at 10/06/2012..... and i tested tridot test in 6/7/2014, and elisa test done in 15/09/2014 and again tridot test in 20/01/2015.now im suffering from caugh since last 10 months...that the reason im worried..these tests are reliable or not,im unable to concentrate on my career................................................................ thank u sir.

Let me reassure you first that you don't have HIV infection and cough is not because of the same.

It is due the fact that if a person catches infection then the tests shows the same within a period of maximum 3 months. In you case there is a big gap of 3 years between the incidence and the tests.

So relax yourself for the same. Cough could be due to simple anxiety or many more cases other than HIV. So you should meet a physician and get yourself examined for simple chest allergy or chest infection.

I reassure you fully that you are free from HIV and there is no need to get tested as well as to honk regarding the same.
