Question : Hi i just noticed two small dots after lunch today on my inner lower lip. It appears to be like tiny blood clots. I have attached a picture for you. It doesnt hurt nor burn.

I have reviewed the attached photograph and these are looking like harmatomas that are blood collections most likely from some unnoticed trauma while eating.
They should disappear in a week's time.
If it doesn't disappear in a week's time get your coagulation profile checked.
