                                            there are some abnormal values
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
let me list the abnormal values in your test reports...
- glucose (126mg/dL) may indicate diabetes or pre-diabetes. A glucosylated hemoglobin measurement will make things clear (HbA1c).
- eGFR and creatinine: these values indicate renal dysfunction which is more likely to be chronic than acute. If you do have chronic kidney disease (CKD) then this test should not alert you that much. If your values were normal in your previous test, then you should check out the cause with your doctor. An ultrasound scan of the urinary tract, a urinalysis, an overview of your medications and repeat measurements of urea, creatinine and serum electrolytes will be required for a better assessment of your situation.
Kind Regards,
Dr Panagiotis Zografakis,
Internal Medicine Specialist
