Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that eliquis can cause gastric and breathing issues in few people. But I need to know few more things before giving my opinion on your chest pain.

1. Your age

2. Any medical history other than DVT

3. Your all current medication

4. Any cardiac evaluation if you got done?

5. Do you wear stockings?

6. At what times you feel breathless?

7. Nature of your chest pain?

8. Eliquis dose?

9 Your recent blood work?

I need all the information asked above because some other underlying issues can present, if not PE, which we can be mixing up with Eliquis use.

Kindly revert back with the required details for further opinion.

Hopefully this information will this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr. Bhanu Partap
