Have Acid Reflux/ Gerd And Sensation Of Something Stuck In

Question: have acid reflux/gerd and sensation of something stuck in my throat im on omeprazole reflux is gone but sensation is still there heres a picture of my throat
Brief Answer:
Pharyngitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have seen the image attached.
There is moderate grade pharyngitis, the reason for it could be acid reflux but taking antacids alone will not cure the pharyngitis.
Do gargle with antiseptic solution like Chlorhexidine thrice daily this will prevent any superadded infections and soothes the throat.
Do consult an ENT specialist who can examine you in detail and plan on starting antibiotics which is think is necessary.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Pharyngitis
