Question : have had sinusitis and gerd and post nasal drip just finished augmentin throat is still sore and noticed this little lump on my tonsils what could it be ?

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo attached. The lump you are referring is a cript (a hypertrophy of tonsils) caused by tonsillitis ( inflammation and infection of tonsil). Most probably it will remain there and will not go.
You were taking augmentin and is right treatment for tonsillitis.
You may need some days for mucosa to get healed so you may feel sore for some more days even though infection is gone.

can you look at it closley circled it looks a little popped out disformed sticking out i touched it with a q tip seems soft doesnt hurt possible it can be just assymetrical or disformed
