Had sexual inter course a few days ago, and it seems to have flared back up.

Should I assume it’s prostatitis or get an STD check

Unprotected
Yes I knew the person, but not well.

Inflamed/burning top of penis ( similar to fungal infection )

Discomfort in right testicle.

Is it too early to test myself for STIs if sexual intercourse happened on Saturday last?

STD home kit are not reliable hence STD test should be done in laboratory .
..

1)Take Azithromycine and Nitofurantoin twice daily
2) Washy our genitals with warm water trice daily
3) Ensure to drink ore water .
4) Apply Neopsoprin ointment on glans penis if you have lesion over there .
5) Avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely .
