Question : Having pain in left hand constantly and I have spondilytis problem also. Sometimes I feel heat in the hand and heavy too.

Pain in the hand may well be related to the cervical spondylosis problem that you have. Nerve compression at the cervical spine can cause pain and abnormal sensation in hands.
