Question : headache, body aches,small cough, but in the last month I had a constant cough and had to take Mucinex which also made me sleep alot

The symptoms you are having seem like those of flu or cold.
You need a doctor to listen to your lungs or possibly do a x-ray too check you since you had long history of cough and now fever too.
Probably you may need to use antibiotics and this can be determined by listening to lungs and x-ray.
